Terms And Conditions of Ultra Essence Gift Cards

Ultra Essence gift cards have a strict 3 year expiry date, ensuring the recipient has plenty of time to make use of it. Gift cards from the gift sale sold on the 18th December 2021 stating Gift Card Sale Promotion will be be valid until 1st March 2022, No exceptions. You may redeem the value of your gift cards on products or services.

Please mention your gift card when booking and remember to bring it along on the day of your booking. Failure to provide us with more than 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment will result in a fee being deducted from value of the gift card. To avoid this please give at least 24 hours notice if making changes to you your booking.

Ultra Essence will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or expired gift cards and will not be honoured. Gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
